Tim Skelly has been a Realtor since 2001 and has been a part of Coldwell Banker Northwoods Realty since 2013. He has also served as a Director for the Itasca County Board of Realtors.

Before becoming a realtor Tim leased a convenience store for eight years, and worked at wood veneer plant for nine, eventually becoming the Assistant Plant Manager. Wanting to work for himself Tim decided to get his real estate license and the rest is history.

Together Tim and his wife, Diane, have two adult children and are waiting on, and wanting grandkids. Diane owns a travel agency, so until those grands arrive, they’ll do a little traveling. Tim and Diane also enjoy spending any free time at the family cabin, where Tim hones his food procurement skills hunting deer, ducks, grouse, and turkeys.

Tim plays hard, works harder, and takes real estate very seriously. He has run Grandma’s Marathon four times and the half marathon twenty-one times. He is a good person to have on your side.
