Lynn Ranger’s career in Real Estate began in 2002 when Gary (her husband) and she closed the video store they had owned for twenty years. Her dad was a realtor and offered her the encouragement to make real estate her new profession. Working with her dad for seven years before he retired, she eventually joined the “Up North” Team in 2010. Because of Lynn’s deep commitment to the industry, she has served as a past Director for the Itasca County Board of Realtors and has earned her GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) designation. Less than ten percent of realtors have achieved this designation.

A lover of music and the performing arts, Lynn loves Nashville and spends her free time taking in shows at the Myles Reif Performing Arts Center or browsing the unique shops of Grand Rapids.

With a 30 year marriage to her husband, Gary, two grown kids , and one grandchild, family has always been important to Lynn. An avid reader, she feels most at home with a good book or enjoying the company of friends and family.

Lynn is enthusiastic, loves people, and sees real estate as a way to help those she meets.
